This summer I'm working on a new collection of etchings that I'll be launching as part of the "Picture Hooks" exhibition in late October this year. Picture Hooks selected me to take part in their mentoring scheme for illustrators of children's picture books and matched me up with the talented writer and illustrator, Debi Gliori.
And just so happens to be the creator of one of my favorite picture books. 'No Matter What'
My new work will be on display at the Gallery of Modern Art in Edinburgh, along with pieces by Debi and the other Picture Hooks participants, for 3 months and will then tour the UK. So I'm busy sketching and etching away this year preparing for the Picture Hooks exhibition. I'm afraid that I must keep my new work under wraps
